​Inclement Weather Policy​
The Gathering Place does not have a backup location on the grounds. A tent may be rented to protect guests from the weather (tent rental information below). If you have your wedding reception held at The Gathering Place, the ceremony can be moved into the dining room and will be prior to the start of the reception.

Chairs​
​The two types of chairs we offer include a White Padded Resin Folding Chair as well as a basic white plastic folding chair. An image of the two options with pricing can be found below. The type of chair rented need to be confirmed at time of deposit; a final count for chair rental needs to be provided the week prior to the ceremony.

​Tents​
Tents are available for rent. Pricing depends on the size and number of guests you plan to have attend your ceremony.



​Food Policy​
Any type of food requested at the wedding ceremony must be provided by The Gathering Place. The only exception to that is wedding cakes. Food options and package information is available upon request.
